Those that Belong to the New Cloak

About works

The artist interested in the old railway transport system. Through literature research and actual on-site exploration of the abandoned sugar cane railway, He would explore the current landscape, and would mimic the angle which the train runs to objectively film and document the transfer of land rights of the deserted railway after it has been de-functioned, and of how the local residents reuse the land once the tracks laid on. The artist would actually visit the sugar cane sidetracks to record massive photo records that represents the change in landscape, and put together a stationary train view, like that of how the train driver once have seen. He will condense the roads into still images, connects them into a real entity, and quantify photos into a sculpture-like work, and condense the deserted railway scenes that lasted for several miles.
